They are very similar to mine.

Regular tulle or bridal tulle is quite fine and softens to nothing in the wash… this is the stuff that you often see draped on canopies and church pews. You can use it for the fairytale dress but to make a difference in fluffiness after a few washings, it would be nice to have at least 3x the length of the main fabric skirt.

I made the tiny size for Trixie but she only wore is a few times. It was the getting on that was the problem, it was fine once on but chubby baby arms don’t always bend the way you want them too.
And my babies are very placid and easy to dress.

@lilypadmontana, if you use cloth nappies, make the bodysuit in the second size. It will fit for longer. And you want it to fit, it is so cute!

The only one I’ve made was flannel and i thought it worked very well. The Woollies flannels are lovely, I made a Music Class shirt in a herringbone flannel from them and it washed and wore perfectly. I say go for it. It will be more a heavy shirt weight than a jacket but the fabric will behave just fine.
