Oh yes, I can totally picture that — so instead the bias trim going ‘over the edge’ as it does now, the raw edge would be turned in — that is doable. I will try it out!

@mama_knowles, I think I know what you’re describing, it’s the first idea that came to my mind. It would also work to put a little Peter Pan collar on for a more feminine look, I may have to play around with it since I’m pretty comfy with the pattern, having made 3 sets from it so far.

Thanks for the prompt replies. That’s encouraging to know they do fit. I think I will call this pair 6m as it’s not a super stretchy knit, but seemed to have the 25% recovery. I think I’ll make sure to use much stretchyer knit next time. Thanks again 🙂

Yes, you can absolutely remove the back seam! We added in rather late in the process because 1) it gives a little more shaping and 2) it allows you to use less fabric because you don’t need to cut on the fold. But by all means, change it!
