My new stove arrived and I am on the last stretch of my 18th Birthday sewing. Next week will be baking and list writing.
The Fab Five have done an awesome job clearing and tidying up the yard and old implement shed.

Hugo’s 18th outfit is done, happy dance, on with my jeans.
I am making the Ginger jeans in a white stretchy denim. I am concerned I am old enough for white skinny jeans but the Twins have designed my outfit on Polyvore http://www.polyvore.com/hugos_18th/set?id=178294686 and assure me it is perfect.

That would work fine with cotton webbing, ribbon may be a bit flimsy.

A neighbour dropped me off a bag of lemons this morning so I made this for supper http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/20191/lemon+delicious#comments
I doubled the recipe but reduced the sugar by 1/3, still fantastic.
I did add an extra 1/3 cup of lemon juice too. -

Cauliflower&Broccoli Cheese
Serves 20 generous serves.
1 Cauliflower, cut into florets and steamed in the microwave for 10 mins.

Do you mean attendance or weighing scales? I have kitchen scales and my 1960 Sunbeam mixer 🙂
I am waiting on my new stove (happy dance) and my existing free standing oven is being moved out to the shed as a warmer/hotplate. It is gas and quite large but the door seals have gone so not so good for baking.
