Cooking and Baking 11 years agoLinda when I was pregnant I couldn’t get enough of baby spinch and beans. I eat a lot of red meat also. Unfortunately, you have to eat heaps of the iron rich foods to actually have the amount of iron needed – baby takes all the body’s iron reserves in the final trimester. Heirloom Sewing and Embroidery 11 years agoI’d been thinking that I’d love the little girls to have smocked dresses for Easter. Not sure if they will ‘approve’ or not. They seem to have grown up on me overnight!
I want to say that BK’s baptism gown was made using the Twinkle Toes pattern…I’ll have to double check next time I’m at my mom’s.;)

Well, that’s terrific news :)….if we get in a bind, maybe would could just “rent” it from you for an Easter wearing!! Maybe the girls will let you have another year of smocked attire. Whatever you decide, we’ll be anxious to see the completed garments!!

I had to make a last minute pencil case for my son! His one from last year has mysteriously disappeared. Good thing I have ample amounts of train fabric and long zips on hand.
Still working on completing the Angel tops and knickers – fingers crossed I get another chance in the sewing room today.
