@cybele727 Yes, that’s a good suggestion. It’s one that was made by many people at the end of 2014 when we did our customer survey. We’re including a printing guide like this on all of our newer PDF patterns now. But we haven’t gone back to add it to the older patterns.

I know, that doesn’t help you now, but it may in the future…..

And they do for sure @withloveheidi only they were a tad shorter than I had anticipated and I didn’t like how the front fly turned out – there isn’t adequate allowance and it looked it. So I have added a 1/2 inch to the wearer’s right side for the next pair so that there is little chance of the zipper becoming exposed again.

I recently had this problem as well. As it turned out, the hook itself needed to be replaced because it had bent. I’d recommend bringing it to a good repair shop who can analyze the problem for you. Hi @spinny , I have only made the largest size http://fiveandcounting-motherof5.blogspot.com.au/2015/05/lovely-girl.html and I had to add a few inches to make it hit my daughters knees and she is short to average height.

The petite nature of your daughter may have resulted in the fit?
