It made my kids so happy!Normally I only sew clothes, so I was a little nervous, but it was such a fun project! I made two for my sons, who are 4 and 6. I chose the smaller version and they love it. The only thing that needed changing was adding a closure in the front, because without it everything fell out quite often. I really like how the bag is constructed - it's easy to make and looks lovely.3 of 3 customers found this helpful. Was this helpful?Great pattern, very satisfying makeAlways a pleasure to follow an O+S pattern! Great instructions resulting in a sturdy bag which looks like it should last well. Small quibble: the suggested bias binding width seems narrow especially given the thickness of the various layers when using home dec fabric - I will try a wider binding next time because I struggled with this (and there is a lot of binding to do). Otherwise: roomy pockets and plenty of them, a really good-looking and substantial strap that will grow with my kid, and very well-received (including a request from my other kid to make one for her too).4 of 4 customers found this helpful. Was this helpful? -
