Sigh, it’s that time again … time to figure out what to do with outgrown clothes. Every time there’s a growth spurt I have to figure this out again as though it’s a brand new problem.

You would look killer in the Bistro dress with some tights and a cardi.

Long sleeve faux wrap dress, warm tights, appropriatxe shoes (closed with appropriate heel or some lovely knee high boots). Over this I would add a attention grabbing cardigan or wrap/scarf.

We have a skirt pattern coming out for Liesl and Co this spring that takes just a yard of fabric. It would be really cute in velvet, actually, if you can stand to wait until it’s finally released! It will be probably two months yet…

I’m back to working on the purple school days coat. It’s going to be very warm and cosy, courduroy, interlined with think fleece and a satin lining!

yes, it does look like a lot of work. I thought initially it might be more functional but I’ll have to ponder it for a bit. With about 4 feet of snow still on the ground, spring jackets are a distant dream for now anyway!!
