Free dress day at school tomorrow marking the end of the school year. I received the reports for my children today and was thrilled to see such an improvement in marks especially from Noah. @sarvi that song makes me cry even on a good day. I saw that the LAUSD head was getting criticized for the closures – I’m glad he did it. Our kids live in a jacked up world. I get tired of trying to tell my kid why people are sleeping in the street, and why we just bought a bunch of gifts for a 3 year old who was homeless but now has a home and…[Read more]

I just cut out another one of these for myself, and I lengthened it by a bit for winter. To do this, you’ll simply splice the pattern at the lengthen-shorten line and add the desired amount of length at that spot.
