May I suggest using wondertape. I have had this stuff in my stash for a while and never thought to use it until last night whilst sewing the knits. Well the apple picking dress is now done and now I am on to making some last minute hopscotch tops and dresses. I have three on the go and am sewing the assembly style.

I just found out why my son announced he wanted to jump the creek on his bike! They are reciting Mulga Bill’s Bicycle as the class poem for the school speech comp!

He’s not going to do it though, because its not the kind you’d want to attempt.

I have been informed that evetually you would be able to purchase fabric online aswell. But that was years ago so here I am thinking they would have made headway on it. I mean it would be just the same as mail order, just online.

Giggle! Oh my goodness gracious me that is funny. But I can imagine a little frustrating at the same time seeing as you have to turn around and buy more fabric.

I was actually hoping they’d send some other prints to my spotters but as I keep getting told they get given pot luck! Its like looking for a particular pattern the last time I was there – a simplicity pattern but it “wasn’t available” because even with the pattern they get what they are given! Its slightly disappointing.

Well as luck would have it I have discovered that I attached the plackets the wrong way around – majoy unpicking effort later, everything is rectified. i still have two skinny plackets sitting there doing nothing but also a fat one has joined the pile too!
