It should be the case that you can find missing pattern sections through doing a search.

This is one of the highest priority bugs identified so far. We’ll work on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.

If the empire waist feels a little too young you could always lower it a bit. That would keep it very much in line with current dresses for the pre-teen to 20’s age group!

I’d be nervous about glue, too. Nicole’s idea to ease it a bit is a good one. You could maybe try a little fusible interfacing to help stabilize it on the wrong side of the fabric?
