Yes, I would add a little length to the yoke as well as plenty of length at the hem. You should add the same length to the back yoke as the front. However, be careful to do this below the arm hole so you don’t interfere with how this fits. I didn’t seal the seams in the raincoats I made and there was plenty of topstitching. I didn’t have any issues with water seeping in. Granted the raincoats are not worn for long out in the rain. Usually just to/from the bus stop.;)

Yay for a new craft shop!
I have put the shorts away while I work out how to fix/fit them. I moved onto a pair of TNT legging and matching Colette Mabel skirt which I can get out of 2m of fabric! I know these will fit and get worn every week as I already have matching leggings and Mabel skirt in 2 other colours 🙂
