    Vienna Tank features:

    • Integrated yoke with woven fabric
    • Bodice with knit or woven fabric – your choice
    • Slight cropped and relaxed fit bodice
    • Cute gathers above bust and at back
    • View A: neck ruffles and center front uses wrong side of fabric as accent
    • View B : streamlined with no neck ruffles
    • Layers feature (print only the sizes you need)

    Suggested Fabrics

Primary Fabric: Use lightweight knit fabric such as jersey and interlock. Keep in mind that a fabric with more drape will be larger/longer and will contour over the body. Ladies with larger busts will find a fabric with more drape fits their figures better. A stable knit will make a more structured garment that is smaller/shorter. If your cup size is C or smaller, you can also use a lightweight woven fabric such as shirting, batiste, lawn, chambray, challis, crepe, broadcloth and linen. View A shows the wrong side of fabric as an accent, so choose accordingly. Contrast Fabric: Use lightweight woven fabric such as shirting, batiste, lawn, chambray, challis, crepe, broadcloth and linen. Do not use a sheer fabric.

    Choosing your Size

    • Compare your bust circumference (fullest part) to the “Body Measurements” table. Choose the size that best fits your bust. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if you like your garment more fitted, as long as your measurement is less than the finished garment measurement; otherwise, choose the bigger size.
    • Compare your waist circumference (narrowest part) to the “Body Measurements” table. Choose the size that best fits your waist. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if you like your garment more fitted, as long as your measurement is less than the finished garment measurement; otherwise, choose the bigger size.
    • Compare your hip circumference (widest part) to the “Body Measurements” table. Choose the size that best fits your hips. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if you like your garment more fitted, as long as your measurement is less than the finished garment measurement; otherwise, choose the bigger size. Note that the tank top does not cover the widest part of your hips. This measurement is used only to guide your selection of a size.
    • It’s OK to use different sizes for the bust, waist and hip. All you have to do is print the sizes that you need, and blend the lines from one size to the next. See “Printing Instructions” and “Blend Sizes” in the instructions.
    • If you are taller than 5’7” (170 cm) or shorter than 5’4” (163 cm), you should consider lengthening or shortening the bodice (see “Lengthen/Shorten” in the instructions).
    • It is highly recommended that you check your fit by making a test garment with inexpensive fabrics that have similar weight as your final garment fabrics.
