What You'll Need
Quantities are listed for the largest hat size. Smaller sizes will use slightly less fabric.
- 18" x 26" (45.72 x 66.04 cm) main fabric for outer hat
- 18" x 18" (45.72 x 45.72 cm) fabric for hat lining
- 6" x 16" (15.24 x 40.64 cm) lightweight woven fusible interfacing
- 6" x 10" (15.24 x 25.4 cm) Pelltex or other ultra firm one side fusible stabilizer
- Coordinating thread
Finished Measurements
Choose the pattern size based on wearer's head circumference. Measure around the head with a tape measure, above the eyebrows. Fits head circumferences from 16" (40.5cm) to 25" (63.5cm).
