@sanitystitches I haven’t but I did talk someone through it (can’t remember who though, sorry).
We decided it would be best to cut and add length at about 4 inches from the cuff to keep the nice shape of the sleeve.
It has a bit of a bias thing going on so it may need trying and tweaking before you hem it.I hope that helps.

Sew Alongs 9 years agoSorry to hear that that seaming went so slowly, @sanitystitches. I pressed mine and then sort of fiddled with the fabric as I sewed, so I didn’t need to baste. But different fabrics may respond differently, too. And your finished coat looks terrific!
