I want to thank @needlewoman for the idea of using the drawstring bag as a trick-or-treat bag. I was contemplating making a trick-or-treat bag for my kids but was undecided about what tutorial, etc. to follow. But hey! I have this pattern already, and it seams like it would be a reasonable size. Thanks everyone!

Love the accent fabric @needlewoman.

I spent the afternoon handstitching and both jeans jackets are almost complete😀. I now have to go and hammer seams flat, topstitch, do buttonholes and the more handstitching – the buttons. Fingers crossed I get to do this all tonight.

I finished 3 Deer and Doe tees and one drafted from a favourite body shirt (very fitted for wearing under shirts).

I am not sure what Modal actually is, @needlewoman (off to Google) but it is very stretchy with great recovery but tricky to handle.

I may have likened it to sewing snot 😉

@needlewoman so glad you made it back on Fi! Yes I was one of those “lucky” people who got the message also. To me it was such an obvious “this is a hoax” type email. They are not very imaginative when it comes to things like this that is for sure.

@needlewoman I made the raven hoodie for Imogen in pink faux fur. I actually sized it up and it fit her for a good two years. She had outgrown the sizing but was still in the Oliver and s ranges. He tells me he has milo on everything 😜😳 but then he is training with the wrestling team and of course needs the stuff for energy. Wow @needlewoman you will be busy.

I finished my shirt but I am unhappy with the collar, completely my fault, I should have muslined just the collar.

In a nutshell, I swopped the collar and made it too long and the collar stand ate it! I have not tried it on yet… too nervous. I hope it looks okay, I really want to wear it to my son’s party.
