The Kwik Sew shirt seam allowance is 0.25 inches, not 0.5 inches. That was a typing error. Someone may have wondered why I was so worked up about a half inch seam allowance !

I have sewn the ‘bloomers’ from the Seashore Sundress pattern in size 2T and they are not really like the traditional bloomers at all. They were more of a panty shape.

I have made the size 5 three times. I had the issue being discussed in this forum, on the first pair, which was a medium weight twill type cotton. I just trimmed off the excess from the bottom. My current staple is the after school pants , for my slim 5 yr old son, but I may well think of making him a pair of pants using the Sketchbook pattern, which I also own. So this is being faved by me for that point in my future sewing . Thank you for posting this!
