If she’s asked for it and you feel comfortable then go for it 🙂 I expect she will rember the matching dresses for years to come and feel so grown up to be matching Mum!

Has anyone used sew on snaps and then just sewn on buttons on the top of the jacket for effect? I have never used snaps before and I just don’t want to hammer anything into fabric. Doesn’t seem like I’ll be as successful at that as with sewing on some Joanne’s metal snaps. Thoughts?

I read an article about the snow storm yesterday – the accompanying pictures were amazing. I can’t imagine what it would be like to live somewhere where it snows (I shall confess here – I have never seen snow!)

I’d definitely get a daylight lamp of some description, but as to which one, it would depend on which would suit your room best 🙂 (have you posted pics?)
