Very ProfessionalReviewed by Brends on 04/11/2014This pattern yields a very professional-looking shirt, with a great fit! It has every little detail that a purchased men's dress shirt would have; collar on a stand, beautiful cuff placket (which looks so confusing but all it is is a little folding magic-easy-peasy) . I made the smallest size and, unlike some other little boy shirt patterns I've tried, everything is perfectly to scale; the collar does not overwhelm the wearer. The instructions include a lot of illustrations and are easy to follow and make sense of. Also, I love the multiple length options for shirt and sleeves, makes it very easy to customize the fit. The only thing I don't really like is the 1/4 inch seam allowance, I'd rather sew with 1/2 inch then trim my seams. I am planning to try the men's Marco shirt next.9 of 9 customers found this helpful. Was this helpful?
