Brunswick Jacket pre-reviewI haven't sewn this yet, but it was by far the easiest pdf pattern for me to download in a very long time. That is a huge plus for me. No unzipping or emailing the pattern company because it won't print. It's a huge plus to have a plug n' play pdf pattern! I usually buy paper patterns because printing and taping and all that takes so much energy. But once in a while I try a pdf just to see. This one was super easy. Once I sew it up I'll leave another review. I'm sure it will be as wonderful as my other Liesl patterns. They always fit perfectly and the directions are always clear and easy to follow. Was this helpful?Brunswick JacketI made the longer length in navy cotton waffle weave, finishing the seams with Hong Kong binding. Making a muslin first was necessary because I had to make a forward shoulder adjustment and also raised the bust darts. After the adjustments, sewing the jacket was straightforward and the instructions were good. The collar sits nicely. I am happy with the finished Jacket which is a useful addition to my wardrobe. I plan making the shorter version in Ponte, very soon.6 of 6 customers found this helpful. Was this helpful? From the Discussion Forums
