Okay lovely ladies, I am up to sewing on buttons and my heart is saying red embroidery floss, I can always unpick it, right?

I tried ironing, sitting down, when I was heavily pregnant. I prefer to stand for that.
I like the activity of getting up and down.

This brings up a really good point. I wonder what the proper ergonomics are for standing and sitting sewing.
