I also have the Janome 1000cpx. I use it at least once a week. I love having separate machines so they can be set up ready to go all the time and I can swap from one to the other half way through a project 🙂

Jaimielaura: I recently bought a Janome Coverpro 1000 CPX and love it. I’ve got several attachments to do elastic etc., but mostly only use it to do hems….which it does so professionally.

I don’t bother ironing knits before cutting (in fact I try not to iron anything ever, but that’s me) as it just seems to make the edges curl even more. Thanks so much, ladies! She asked for a yoga ball, so I am figuring she does yoga — but if it’s for another exercise she can always give it to a friend, I’m sure.

I usually need a place to put my keys and hold my water bottle. If it’s cold, maybe extra space for a sweatshirt.
