Try washing it in a wool wash and then air drying it.
I tend to wash linen in a wool/delicate wash product as it can help with the stiffness/scratchiness -

Oh dear! Poor Sarvi!
If it makes you feel any better, I am being treated by an in the shower rendition of the sountrack to Frozen and thinking about the dress that Chloe should be wearing but isn’t because it is just a pattern laid out on fabric, half cut!
Its going to be an “it was meant to worn at Easter, Easter dress” which I can hopefully…[Read more]

Happiness
I asked the professors who teach the meaning of life to tell me what is happiness.
And I went to famous executives who boss the work of thousands of men.
They all shook their heads and gave me a smile as though I was… -

It just goes to show that even online stores are run by humans!
I am knitting tonight – third time lucky!

Oh Jay I’m so sorry for your loss! It is so very hard to see someone you love so much slip away due to such a horrible disease as cancer. Having seen my fil go from a fit man in his late 70’s to a frail old man looking 90 in just six months was enough. I completely understand the enormity of your grief having seen it first hand myself.
I think…[Read more]

Its a sad and stressful time for you right now Jenny and that means its all the more important to take some “me” time. Is there a way of setting up the machine to sew something small? Just to let your soul take a breath? Get the needle and thread out and handstitch something maybe?
It is just so important to take some time out. This is why we…[Read more]
