Helen, good luck with your sewing. You will love the Lullaby. We had a day out yesterday and Trixie is very unsettled so I am hand sewing with a baby on my boob.

I have to admit I made a mistake in my first version as I assumed I knew what I was doing (blush).

University is the place of higher learning at which you earn your degree (or not 😉 )
As per Sarvi there are schools for each area: Law school, veterinary science etc.
College is the hall of residence that you can choose to live at if you’re from out of town.
This may, or may not have been typed from the loo….

You can’t envisage where you’re going but you trust the instructions and it just works. The Croquet dress was definitely one of those for me.

The school I went to is called a university, and within it are schools, grouped by discipline. So it’s the University of X, and has the Y Dental School, the Z Business School, etc. I think that’s common in the US, but don’t know if it’s standard. I think Americans go to “college” generally, even if it is a university, and Ukers go to uni because colleges are inside of universities, right? Like King’s College at Cambridge Uni.
