  • Hi, for those interested I Just wanted to let you know I managed to make a nicely finished sleeveless version! I cut the front bodice in 2 following the yoke line and added seam margin.     Indeed I can finally opt for a bias binding but I like the construction of the yokes so I am still thinking of how to use this. The option from Reeni is definitely ok for the back which has an outside and inside yoke, however the from part is made of the frontpart of the dress and a yoke, so here I need to figure…[Read more]

Of course I can use a simple bias strip to finish the arms after sewing the side seams, but with the double tissue of the front and back yokes I am afraid this will become thick and stiff.
