Will the Badminton top cover bra straps?

I am so excited about the sale on the Badminton outfit, as I have wanted this one a while. I am concerned though, about the top covering a bra. I have an 11 year old who is definitely requiring a bra now, and I wonder if those of you with older girls have made this top with good coverage?

It seems too soon for me to be facing this dilemma!

Maybe you could create a little tab on the underside of the yoke to keep the strap covered. There must be a way to attach the strap to the shirt.

I had a blouse that consisted of a sheer blouse worn over an opaque camisole — it had little thread chains with snaps on the end for anchoring the two garments together, then you could unsnap for laundering. Would that work?

I have not made the blouse yet but by looking at it it should do.

My Twins are not too bothered if their bra strap peeps out at times.

Thanks! I think I’ll give it a whirl and just see how it goes. It’s such a cute outfit.
