tutu cutting .. help!

    Bumping this, as we just had an email question about tulle widths.

    Also, I recently realized that the narrower tulle is a finer quality than the usual 54″ tulle, so if you’re looking for a tutu that’s less scratchy you might want to take the time to hunt down the wider, finer tulle. Fabric.com has a great selection!
