Tatsinda, I hear where you are coming from and I suspect you have seen some terrible things happen to children.

My SIL is a Paediatric RN and loathes trampolines as she has nursed children who have suffered devastating injuries.

I have a trampoline and my children love it, but her experiences have stayed with me and I am quite strict with ‘trampoline etiquette’.

It is a good reminder to us all that accidents are just that, terrible things that happen and we can all be a bit more careful.

I am sure no one was being flippant about a very serious issue.
