How to Make Shorts Legs More Narrow

    Hi — I made a playsuit (blouse connected to shorts) for my daughter and the legs turned out far too wide. What’s the best/easiest way to take them in? Should I take in an equal amount from both the inner and outer seams? Can I just do the outer (that would be much simpler)? Thanks.

    I think that should be fine

    Perhaps pop them on and safety pin one leg and the take in both equally.

    Or, could you thread elastic through the hem?
