2 and 2 blouse shoulder seam

    Hey! Quick question – I see that I’m supposed to press the seam open at the shoulder seam, but I see nothing about finishing it. I would like to finish it, but don’t want to mess anything up later. Am I missing something?

    I always serge my seams here (serge them together at the same time) and then press then to the back. Hope this helps you!

    I finish these with French seams. It works well.

    well, and it’s funny – i just wondered if something was wrong, as that step wasn’t in there – like, i didn’t want to screw up, thinking i was missing something! so, i serged, as always! the blouse is done, minus buttons. on to the skirt…
