2. If your issue is multiple accounts, please include links to the accounts in question.
3. If your issue is multiple accounts, please explain the various steps you took to get to this state. Please also indicate if you think you were logged in to any other Yahoo property (such as Yahoo Mail) on the same browser when this happened.
4. If your issue is multiple accounts, please let us know if you have multiple Yahoo accounts that you may access (but DO NOT share those Yahoo IDs in this public forum)
5. Please let us know if you got a message saying your Yahoo ID has been recycled due to inactivity.
6. Please let us know if you have password or login issues and whether or not you’ve tried the automatic password helper here: edit.yahoo.com/forgotroot/
7. Have you already tried contacting Customer Care by email? If so, please indicate when. Please also include your case number if you have gotten a response.
We’ll try to work through these cases in order. If we have a lot of responses, it will take time, but we’re committed to getting to the root of the problem. We appreciate your help and patience.
