    Oh, the Late Lunch sounds divine, Nicole. And (almost) snap on the black tees – I just made a short sleeve Plantain tee for myself with black linen jersey (thought I’d do it before I change the overlocker thread back again)

    Nipping outside to hang Trixie’s nappies then on with my Late Lunch tunic, if she stays asleep…… we can hope.

    There is nothing rude about a polite request. Our house rules are that you may change your mind up until it is cut out.

    I made a good start on my Late Lunch tunic last night. I am using a silvery sheen black linen, I hope it will be dressy enough for the Murphy family christmas party in two weeks time.

  • This was the first sew along I have done since the Jump Rope dress.
    I really enjoyed it and my family were very supportive of me trying to keep up.
    I ended up not making the padded liner, I may yet, but I will wait and see if Beatrix still fits in her coat come winter.

  • Well, I was up pretty late last night finishing up this coat so my daughter could wear it to school today. Crazy that yesterday’s high was 78* and today we aren’t even in the upper 40s. Brrrr!
