Happy Birthday to Tildy!
I’ve traced and cut the pattern for a size 8 hide and seek dress. I’m planning on adding the hood from the school days Coat and a zipper in the front yoke for ease of dressing. I’m also going to add ears to the hood as the fabric is a pinwale courduroy with a small cheetah print for a girl who loves big cats 🙂

Their going out of business sale. While there are many stores with nice knits, I have yet to find any with the quality of interlock cottons that they have.The last time I checked the heaviest weight in 14 oz was available in black and this weight is great for pants. I know this thread is old but I just ordered magnetic snaps from etsy to make my second School Days raincoat. I just have to share that my daughter’s coat is still going strong 2 years later and she absolutely LOVES the magnetic snaps. Our back door is metal and she thinks it’s hilarious that she can stick her coat to the door 🙂
