Has anyone tried quilting cotton for the pants?

    I had an idea to try cotton like quilting cotton for the pant legs and knit for the waist. Anyone try that?

    Just sewed up a pair in Kaufman Laguna knit for my 2year old. So cute!

    I made some with a stretch drill which worked very well but I think the quilting cotton would not have enough ‘give’.

    I might have some stretch corduroy…
