I am a retired RN. At one time many years ago, I loved to sew, even tailoring. Traveling took me away from sewing. Since retiring, and having 4 toddler grandchildren, I am rediscovering sewing. Knits were not around when I learned sewing many years ago. Knits are now my new challenge. It seems no one irons anymore, so I need to sew knits to keep from seeing my grandchildren run around in wrinkles; However, I will always love wovens’.
