After taking my niece the side opening parachute pants and showing her how they work, she requested some “night pants”, pajama pants, as “I will have to wear my casts all the time”. She requested them by tomorrow as that’s when she getting her casts. So I will put aside her birthday dress and make more pants 🙂

Today I traced off the carousel dress and hide and seek patterns in 6-12 month size. I plan to do some assembly line sewing.

I’ve made a few, but generally in fleece so it has some stretch. I would size up, especially as you say your kids have large heads 🙂
The only downside would be she can wear it longer and it doesn’t get passed to Trixie as fast 🙂

Is it important to you to make what you wear? Or are you open to buying something?
