I am hoping to get the majority done before this cyclone hits us (yes aparently it is coming this far south!) and then I could do any…[Read more]

I am making a quick detour to sew a Sketchbook shirt for my cousin’s baby boy who is turning 1, his party is on Sunday.
I am making the size 12-18 months and using a Liberty Wiltshire…[Read more]

These are my favourite pj’s too!
(I find the cuffs easier on the Sleepover pj’s if I reverse the attachment ) -

I know it is sleeveless but it is simple, have you thought of the badminton dress at all? Otherwise I would go with the family reunion or the Carousel.

Are you able to get an invisible zipper foot for your machine Jay? I find they work better if you dont have a piping foot. Anotger thought, and I have done this in the past also, to stop the piping from bei g pushed away, is o baste it first. I know it is time consuming but it will give a better result if this is what your foot is doing to it.

On changing threads, I have changed projects to a pink floral and linen tea party dress. I have knickers to sew and the ensemble can move into the handstitching basket.
Tomorrow I will continue with the puppet show shorts so they can join the stitching basket too.
