I was a loyal customer for years, also having never run into the problems I read about. But the last couple orders have had mistakes and this last one took me two emails, a phone call and two weeks to receive. Then they sent me a duplicate order. Oh that is great news! There are little people popping up everywhere here at the moment so the baby boy born just this morning might actually get a special gift using the newest boy pattern!
