I’ve been around sewing all my life and did my mother’s hand finishing from the time I was 8 years old. However, I didn’t get a lot of machine time. In my 20’s, I sewed a little for my children and then had a long period where I didn’t have a machine. In the last few years, I’ve acquired several machines, both vintage and modern. I do some quilting and have made a few simple things like zipper bags and a child’s skirt.  Now I’m trying to revisit garment sewing. I prefer to wear very simple, comfortable, cute things.
