Tamara, the Jutland pants are BRAND new! Just posted a couple days ago…and on sale thru November 5! ;-). I think I’ll end up getting it and sewing it up later.

Have you seen Thread Theories new pant pattern. They have side pockets and look like a grown up version of the field trip cargo pants.

I did pretty much just what Meleliza describes for two weddings, but with a different bodice, and put in an invisible zip in the back.

Kmac, the Music Box pinafore is a lovely pattern – and View A – pleats all around – could look very dressy in the right fabric. It’s longer than some of the other dress patterns, and could be worn over either a long or short sleeve blouse or top depending on the weather. Or you could add flutter sleeves to the shoulder line. Good luck with the project.

Yes, I’ve reserved the smaller sized Art Museum from same site. ” my” little boys are finally getting big enough for proper trousers, and at least one likes wearing vests. Oh, those are wonderful — a bit of neutral really makes the bright colors pop, doesn’t it? Some folks are so great at mixing up patterns (like Nele), but when I get inspired and try it myself I think each pattern gets a bit lost in the others.
