Cooking and Baking 10 years agoThis, http://allrecipes.com.au/recipe/15715/easy-butter-chicken.aspx , tripled and made up with 1.5 kg of chicken breast fed 8 teenagers.
And it was good!

Sadly it seems to be too late for Class Picnic – I just tried to purchase the larger one and it looks like it is already gone!

Aw, I can’t believe the Music Class and Class Picnic, especially, are going out of print! Those are staples, for me. Very much considering buying backup copies of both, in both size ranges, and I’m not even a paper fanatic…

Cooking and Baking 10 years agoCake flour can apparently be made at home – http://joythebaker.com/2009/09/how-to-make-cake-flour/ from the looks of the directions in the link it’s all-purpouse flour mixed with a bit of cornflour/cornstarch.
Thanks for posting those recipes and instructions @reeni! I’m bookmarking for reference.

Tamara what part of the country is he in? In British Columbia you can buy TimTams at Save On Foods, but not very many different flavours.
