Sewing for Yourself 4 months agoI am using the building block pattern book to design dresses for my granddaughters. They chose the scalloped hem with the lace ruffle. I see the directions for the scalloped him (on page 130) but cannot find any directions to add the lace ruffle. Can you help? Thank you.
