I’m making a top for a 7 year old. I’m using the “Ruthie” long sleeve, and the “Bodice dress for the yoke. I’ve cut the “skirt” 18 inches long to be worn with jeggings. I’ll add a 2″ ruffle at the neck. Wondering about the seam allowance around the neck. Should it be cut differently?
