I am making the Everyday Skirt for my sister. Her hips measure as an XS and her waist is on the small end of the S. I was hoping someone that has made this could help me decide which size to make. I don’t want her to swim in it. Thanks for any help in advance!

I’d be inclined to make the XS and maybe pull the elastic a little less tight. Do you know how she likes to wear her skirts? If higher, an XS, but if she wants it to sit pretty low, maybe an S.
