I’ve just created a Flickr group for my challenge to make every project in the Little Things To Sew book.

Details of the challenge, a giveaway, and info on how to be in the running for a prize will be on my blog soon…
Stay tuned (it’ll be easier than you think!)

This is fun. I’ve made a few things from this book. This might be the encouragement I need to make more things.

I have my book out and ready to go right after these costumes are done. First up, mittens, scarves and puppet theater! OK, maybe one more cozy hat for Sarah.

Interesting title. Sounds like fun, and I have loved making projects from the book. A little gray might have some help too if anyone needs it: https://oliverands.com/forums/topic.php?id=841

Oh yes, i’m a big fan of her no hand sewing technique for the bucket hat!
Don’t be frightened off by my desire to make everything. You can play along and enter the prize pool even if you only submit one project, and you may have made that ages ago!
… but if you’re looking for some impetus to make more, then the more projects you make the better!

Just been through and added everything from LTTS that was in My flicker, quite a few things! But I also noted that there were a number of things from LTTS that I have made that were missing so I’ll need to look for or take new photos!

Thanks Heidi! I just finished up two pairs of mittens but with five children I must make three more pairs before going onto the next project. I hope to get to scarves this next week after sewing coats for the three middle kids.

Which puts mama knowles right on my back wheel trying to pass….
Heidi I need to find another prize for the most insane numbers of multiples. You’re phenomenal!
Only 24hrs til the book giveaway draw. Best odds you’ll ever get on a blog giveaway (my blog is all of seven months old with a small but cherished audience)
Would make a great christmas gift for a sewing buddy. Just sayin.

Oh, it would!

Yes, I do tend to create multiples of things! Mainly because if you give something to one child they all need something! The juggling balls were an easy sew, especially no ironing! Now I just need to get stuffing.

I just updated the PDF scoreboard on my blog
http://bartacksandsingletrack.blogspot.com.au/2014/02/march-ing-on-with-cover-to-cover.html
There’s some unbelievable sewing going on and can you believe one crazy sewer is only one project away from finishing the book. And no, it’s not me!
P.S. Heidi, I hope you took a picture of those juggling balls before you gifted them cause I can’t see them in the Flickr group anywhere. The tally has you one project down for lack of evidence! 🙂
