Hi everyone, I have spent the better part of 3 hours trying to figure out the right way to do the hem on the tea party dress. Most everything else turned out nice for the 1st time but this hem is going to drive me crazy. I have never done one like this and from looking at pix on the web I am more confused than inspired. Does anyone know of a sew along that might have had pix of this?
