Just made these pants for my 7 year old DGD last night. They were easy and quick! And too cute for words. Can’t wait until she tries them on and I can see about the fit!

I think there was a mistake in the directions but anyone with a brain would figure it out. When putting in the crotch seam, the directions say “wrong sides together” then stitch. However, perhaps a beginner who feels as is she must do everything by the book, this could cause some consternation.
