neck seam directions.

    I’m feeling a tiny bit lost at the step “Sew The Neck Seam”

    I can’t really tell from the picture what is going on with the bodice skirt. Does it have folds in it at this stage? I understand how to get things to match but it causes the bodice to fold on itself. Is that correct?

    Ignore this. With a tiny bit more thought, I realized all would make sense when things were turned inside out!
