I really wish all you people would stop making the sailboat pants – I don’t have the pattern and you’re making me want it!!! LOL.

The booth looked lovely Liesl! I’m really excited about your new fabric line and your knits!

Tracing tracing patterns tonight. I have a huge list of stuff to do. Among others, Sailboat skirt and pants *winks at sahmcolorado*, Puppet show shorts and ice cream dresses.

I’m not the neatest person in the work when it comes to cutting out fabric, but so far all the fabric pieces I’ve cut out from O+S-patters have matched up beautifully. That rarely happens.

And spring is finally here too!!

he he – thanks lattemama! Good thing I just went through all the kiddos clothes today and found that nobody needs pants. Otherwise I’d be ordering more patterns and I’ve spent all my money for this month! I’ll have to get this pattern for fall sewing, though I think!

I can not believe this, but I am really missing the full on sewing that I was doing before we went on holiday. The house was dusty, we were living on stews and the ironing left a lot to be desired , but I loved it!

Little One is a happy baby and we all help around the house, so I usually get at least 3-4 hours of sewing/cutting/designing a day, but it is not enough !!!!

Towels are rumpled , beds just pulled up, water left unchanged in vases, oh I am being bad!

Please anyone ,My name is Nicole, and I have a problem with sewing…..

I can completely relate! Not that I have ever “smoked” as many a day as you have but you should surely be on patches!!!

Doppleganger time again. Does this remind you of anything? http://www.chateaudesable.com/en/item.asp?itemid=5920&catid=69

Except for $64 you could afford to make it in something a little nicer than 45% polyester, I’m guessing. I have to say, this is happening a lot. I keep seeing all these things that look so gorgeous, then I check the price and fabric and start thinking about how much I could save by making it myself … as long as I price my labor at $0, of course.

Oh, oh ,oh I like the belt! I have a job lot of those a nice old lady gave me (the self cover kind)!

The twins would really like that waist cinched in like that.

    Clever, clever Sarvi!

I really like the belt too! And the turtle neck is very nice. I would love a pattern for something like that!

I bet one of you clever experts could use this as a starting point: http://www.oliverands.com/patterns/dresses/patterns19.phtml

I’m keeping my eyes on Nicole! I bet she (and her beautiful girls) can totally pull off that belt addition!

Maybe I could construct the dress and then put in a french dart?
