I was toying with the idea of making the Ice Cream Dress using knits. Anyone try this? I thought it might be fun to make one with the center panel cut from a cool/funky Tshirt.

I’m not quite sure what modifications I should make. Perhaps not sew the notch in the collar? Perhaps use a light interfacing on the collar?

If anyone has any ideas/tips/tricks I would love to hear them. I plan on using my regular sewing machine with a ball point needle, not serging.
