I have mixed feelings about it. So many times, on these “real world” challenges, the designers complain WAY too much and I get irritated watching. I don’t like when they are mean to the clients or create something lackluster because they aren’t “used” to working with someone that is not a size 2 model. I don’t know if I would let my child take part in being a model for the challenge.

However, there are some really good designers this season, that have done some really creative things. In past seasons it was easier to pick who was going to be on the bottom. Even after the critique, sometimes I am not sure who will go. The judges have even had good things to say about the bottom designs most weeks, and that’s unusual.

I hope Kini wins another, he’s been robbed too many times.

Agreed, and I don’t watch it faithfully for that reason. However, I’m thinking that all these so called “real” designers will be completely stumped by stuff we do every day. I’m looking forward to a whole hour of pure Schadenfreude. Evil, I know. 🙂

No spoilers, though! I might actually save it for the weekend.
